Well, I assume everyone knows what WiiWare is, right? For those who do not know: Wiiware is a free online-downloadservice by Nintendo. I allows your Wii to download games, videos and demos. Both DS and Wii demos!! Incredible: sending demos to your DS through your wii!

Games will feature complete games and "experiments": shorter games. Those games will cost you about 1000 to 1500 wii points (10 to 15 dollar) All the videos that can be downloaded are free of charge. There's also a database about new games: you can check to view info about a game and even check the release date of it.

Here's how it works:

Announced games (with developer) so far are:

Dr. Mario & Germ Buster (Nintendo)
Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King (Square-Enix)
LostWinds (Frontier)
Pop (Nnooo)
Pirates: The Key of Dreams (Oxygen)
Star Soldier R (Hudson)
Toki Tori (Two Tribes)
TV Show King (GameLoft)

The streaming of WiiWare is decent, but could be much faster. The overall feeling is quite good: this feature is a great add to Nintendo's online network. Another step forward, Nintendo!

Well, Nintendo hinted that a new Starfox is in development. Let's hope the next E3 will bring enlightment to the situation.
