I think the best songs are:

WIND OF MADNESS (wesker's soundtrack)
and
PRAY (re5 main theme)

there are others that are actually good, but not as good as those 2, and the one you mentioned rasko, shadows of the past Cheesy that is actually the name of this forum  too funny
